Reiki, as a certified Reiki Practitioner, to open up the lines of communication by moving energy through
its natural pathways and creating ease and balance. Our bodies, ever remarkable in their exquisite form and
function, have unique stories to tell for those who are able and willing to listen, and our overall well-being is
impacted by the stories our bodies are told. Reiki, which means “Universal Life Force”,draws upon directed
universal energy to enhance the natural healing process. Through this gentle hands-on practice that takes
place fully clothed with you either lying or sitting, hand placement is carried out in a series of patterns

Our dynamic stories are ever changing to shape and direct our lives toward well-being, but there are
times when our stories get stuck in a self-limiting narrative. Through Health and Wellness Coaching,
based on what clients’ want to focus on. Jane uses a holistic approach that is multidimensional utilizing
mind, body and spirit perspectives to help identify a wide range of available options and possibilities.

Lynn P. Winters
Lynn Winters OTR/L is an occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience working in settings that include out patient clinics, hospitals, home health, schools and early intervention programs. She has worked with all ages from infants through seniors. For the past 15 years, Lynn has studied and used CranioSacral therapy and other manual therapies including visceral manipulation, muscle energy, strain counterstrain and myofascial release. This has brought her therapy to a new level of holistic treatment. It is her passion to help others by empowering them to learn about their bodies and enable their bodies to return to wellness.
CranioSacral therapy is a gentle, hands on therapy that works with the central nervous system including soft tissue and fluids that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. It works to release restrictions and tensions in the body that cause pain and dysfunction and allows the body to use it's innate ability to return to health.
Therapy is done in a quiet, private setting. The client wears comfortable loose clothing and the therapist begins by assessing where the restrictions are by placing her hands on various areas of the body. Those areas are then treated using gentle, non invasive techniques. The sessions usually last about one hour and although the experience is different for each client, the person may feel heat, movements in the areas being treated and often deep relaxation. People have reported pain relief, more energy and a sense of balance in their bodies and lives.
CranioSacral Therapy has been beneficial in treating migraines/headaches, stress and tension-related disorders, chronic pain, orthopedic problems, injuries, TMJ syndrome, infant and childhood disorders, post concussion symptoms, chronic fatigue, and many other conditions.

Prana Vinyasa yoga instructor
Jackie Just is a Prana Vinyasa yoga instructor and a student of Monica Mesa Dasi and Shiva Rea through Samudra Global School of Living Yoga. Her yoga classes are a breath led journey into self discovery and joyful movement. Each class follows a creative sequence and musical playlist designed to open and prepare the body to move through progressive variations of yoga poses guided by the breath, culminating in a grounding series of longer held poses and a restful savasana.
Each practice incorporates breath work, movement meditation and intention setting to connect the physical practice on the mat to the greater rhythm of life off the mat, dropping the awareness from the mind into the heart to find balance inside and out.
Modifications are offered for students of all levels, allowing each person to choose the variation that is right for them, while staying within the collective flow of the class. Focus is placed on developing graceful connections between the poses, discovering mind-body connection and experiencing inner peace, calm and grounding.
In addition to practicing and teaching yoga, Jackie enjoys getting outside in Maine’s beautiful scenery by hiking, skiing and stand-up paddle boarding. She is a student of Ayurveda,(yoga’s sister science of health and well-being) and loves cooking healthy and nourishing meals, making handmade mala jewelry, surfing and traveling.
